Founded 1794 as an Institute of Adult Education, reorganized as College of Applied Sciences 1819. The Conservatoire offers Professional Training courses outside normal working hours in a wide variety of fields. Courses are also given in associated Centres in all parts of the country and some are offered through distance learning technology.
