Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan
Founded 1994 as National Higher School of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NHSPA) on the basis of the Party School at the Central Committee of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. Became the Academy of public service under the President the Republic of Kazakhstan 1998 after merging with Institute of civil servants' retraining and skill-upgrading under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Relocated in Astana 2000. Became Academy of public administration under the President the Republic of Kazakhstan 2005 through merger of the reorganized state institutions “The Academy of public service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “The Academy of Justice at the Supreme court of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and transfer of functions of Diplomatic Academy of the republican state enterprise “Eurasian national university named after L.N.Gumilev” to newly created state body.
