School of Medicine founded 1917 followed by the opening of University Hospital 1920, Faculty of Engineering (1944), School of Library Science (1951), Business School (1962), Shonan Fujisawa Campus (Faculty of Policy Management and Faculty of Environmental Information opened 1990), Graduate School of Media and Governance (1994), Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care (2001), Law School (2004). Merged with Kyoritsu Yakka Daigaku (Kyoritsu College of Pharmacy) 2008.
