Flinders University of South Australia founded 1966 by proclamation of Act of South Australian Parliament. The Sturt Campus of the South Australian College of Advanced Education was amalgamated with the University 1991.

Requirements
- Admission details: South Australian Certificate of Education or recognized equivalent. Credit for work done at other recognized institutions may be counted towards a Flinders award. Applicants from countries where English is not the first language are required to demonstrate a minimum standard of English language competence (TOEFL score of 550, IELTS score of 6, or 213 in the computer-based TOEFL)
