National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (NMetAU)
Founded 1899 as a department of Katerinoslavsky Higher Mining School. Tansformed into a metallurgical faculty of Katerinoslavsky Mining Institute 1912. Acquired the status of an independent institution of higher education and renamed Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute 1930. Transformed into State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine 1993. Acquired current status and title 1999.
