Latvia University of Agriculture (LLU)
Founded 1863 as Department of Riga Polytechnical Institute, became the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry at the Latvia University 1919, Jelgava Agricultural Academy was founded on this basis 1939. Acquired present status and title 1991.
