University of the Gambia (UTG)
Founded 1999. Established by an Act of the National Assembly. Introduction of a 2-year Higher National Diploma (HND) programme in Construction Management in the Gambia Technical Training Institute, GTTI, under a franchise from South Bank University, London. With assistance from the Ministry of Health of Cuba, the pre-medical programme began September 1999.
