University of Saragossa (UZA)
Founded 1474 as Universitas Magistrorum, recognized by Papal Bull. Established 1542 with Papal recognition 1555 and formally recognized as University 1583. Reorganized 1807 and 1971. Became an autonomous institution 1921.
